The first time I joined Boot Camp, my expectations were to get rid of my muffin top and get back into shape. What I got was that and MUCH more.
First of all Robyn is an inspiration. She has a fun personality, witty sense of humor, and a heart of gold. She is patient and takes the time to explain the exercises and also makes sure our technique is correct so we get the most benefit from the workout.
I love Boot Camp workouts, they fit my style and I am never bored. There is something new and challenging every day. Even though some mornings after the workout I find it hard to lift a 16 ounce bottle of shampoo. All this has made me a stronger person both physically and mentally.
There is also an amazing community of women. It is so nice to be around these women who offer support and encouragement.
Robyn's Boot Camp has made a difference in my life and I am so happy to be a part of it.

"Because of bootcamp I never thought my body was capable of doing the types of exercises we do. I am completely amazed at truly how physically strong my body is becoming in such a short time. Strength that I never thought I could accomplish. I feel strong and more confident and each time I attend class I push both my body and mind to places I never thought I was capable of. I joined bootcamp to lose weight and get in shape and after only 3 weeks I now realize it is not about the food, it is about doing something for ME and by pushing myself it has completely taken all the focus off of food. I know now that eventually weight loss will happen but I am just happy getting stronger, feeling energized and feeling better about myself."

"What’s it take to “get into shape?” Well, if you’ve joined the Foothills Boot Camp like I have, you’ve taken the first step. After that, well honestly as Robyn always say, “This is your workout!” You can work it as hard, or not, as you like but to me, what’s the best about the boot camp is the support! When I decided to try Boot Camp, I thought I would try one session to get me back into working out in the morning a couple days of the week. Well I didn't think I would enjoy it so much. Thanks for the great workouts and for making me look forward to working out, especially that early in the morning. So needless to say, I am going to sign up for the next session. "Seriously- nothing compares your boot camp! I want variety- and an appreciation of said variety. My second boot camp session was more about the mental aspects- motivation, respect, and trying your best. The most amazing part about boot camp is how all these women of varying shapes, sizes, ages respect and encourage each other. Everyone at boot camp has made a decision to better themselves, physically and mentally, and because it was a conscious decision for everyone, boot camp is a respectful and supportive environment. I've given a lot of thought to your request for a description/encouragement/inspiration for prospective campers. I think prospective campers should be reminded that boot camp does not have to be about preparing for your ascent of Everest or about what the scale says at the end of the session. It can be about some "me" time, having a bit of control and focus in your day. I love the workouts, but I also love coming home afterwards with all the endorphins (sp?) making me feel ready to tackle anything. You do a great job reading the group, varying the activities, and giving us a total body workout. It is like exercising as a child- you never had to force yourself to exercise. It was fun and games- not a chore. Of course with boot camp you know that it is exercise because your burning muscles won't let you forget it, but it is still so fun! Thank you for everything Robyn!

"I came across Adventure Boot Camp while surfing the Internet. I have had 1:1 personal trainers and have had a personal trainer in a group setting at a gym, so I thought what the heck! I had no idea what I was getting myself into! BUT I trusted Robyn and her positive attitude. I admit that there are many days where I my muscles feel like "jello" and I ache for a day or two but it is so worth it! I'm now in my 2ND camp getting ready to start a 3rd one and I have gone down 1 size in clothing and I feel awesome- full of energy and am truly excited to see what new apparatus we will be using each day to exercise on or with! Robyn is the best trainer that I have been around, hands down! To top it off - everyone works together and supports each other in whatever it is we are doing! Thanks ladies!"

Hey Robyn,

Just thought you'd like to see this article about CrossFit in the Denver Post. I had my Crossfit shirt on at the gym today and someone said they saw the article in the paper this morning. They said "now I know why you look so good". Thanks to you!

What a great month I've had- can't wait for the next session to begin (and I can't believe I am saying that after several days of feeling aches in muscles I never knew I had). There truly is power and motivation in working out with an amazing group of women with a fantastic coach. Thank you all.

Robyn, I cannot begin to tell you what your class has done for me. There are days I want to just cry because I feel "me" growing, I feel "my" muscles growing, all of me becoming stronger. Through your guidance I am learning to dig deep and rally my muscles to work together and in doing that I have brought about a spiritual change that is amazing. I see me in a completely different light. Anyone who thinks this just another exercise class is crazy! This is the first time (perhaps in my life) that I've actually said my workout was "fun, cool.......or came home and said "guess what I did in boot camp today..." I enjoy the way you take everyday places/objects and find a way to use them as a tool. I'm seeing my everyday walk around the park in new ways (I can do tricep dips here..I can climb over the boulders there .)

Thanks for kick-starting my fitness routine. My exercise routine was stuck in a rut. I was bored going to the gym day after day and not seeing results and I dreading getting up. Boot camp was fun and energizing. I'm amazed how you can workout in a park and feel the burn like you do with lifting weights. I feel stronger, faster and happier! See you next time!

Getting back in shape! Something we all dread. Front Range Bootcamp changed that for me. Working out with other women who wanted to change their lifestyles, was a wonderful experience. Lots of laughs, moral support, being outside and of course - LOTS OF HARD WORK! Robyn, the instructor, is so encouraging and willing to work at all levels of fitness. I'm now looking forward to my 2nd Bootcamp.
